HCPT

Our parish is the home of HCPT group 44. This group of dedicated volunteers takes children on a fabulous pilgrimage holiday to Lourdes, spreading the love of the Gospel in this special place, with the story of Our Lady and St Bernadette at the heart of our journey.

Some of the children need additional medical help and the team is comprised of doctors and nurses as well as a range of volunteers focused on making sure the children have a fabulous holiday within the safety of a close-knit community for the week.

This will be the sixth year that group 44 has been based at St Charles. Before that it was based for over 30 years in Atherton. So we are very privileged to have this group as part of our parish community. Please pray for us as we prepare for our trips. Your prayers are really appreciated. We have some extremely dedicated fund raisers in our parish, without them our trips would not be possible.

If you know of a child who you think may benefit from the trip, or if you’d like to find out more please contact hcpt@stcharlesswinton.com
